Listed below are some of the policies of our office. Upon your first appointment we will go over each of these with you, but we encourage you to familiarize yourself with them.
Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve patients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter our clinic.
The number of patients we see is limited to ensure the highest level of quality of services.
We depend on our patients showing up for their scheduled appointment times.
In order to reserve a place in our schedule for you, it is required that you agree to the cancellation policy, as follows:
Appointment confirmation and reminder emails and texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last minute cancellation or no show exempt from this policy.
If the patient is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled and the patient is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. If this cancellation policy is not honored, in order to schedule a future appointment, clients will be required to prepay for any appointments going forward.

As per our cancellation fee, if you cancel your appointment without 24 hours warning, or if you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost of the treatment. Insurance does not cover no-show or cancellation charges.
Minor Patients
In the case of minor patients, guardians or the parents of the minors will be responsible for the full payment in the case that insurance does not cover the treatment. During all appointments with minors, parents or guardians must remain in the treatment room.
