Insurance coverage varies from plan to plan. We encourage patients to contact their insurance providers prior to booking an appointment with us to see if the services are covered. It is worth noting at this time we do bill insurance. However, we can also provide a super-bill and documentation for patients to submit to their insurance providers for reimbursement. Billing can still be denied by your insurance provider, in which case you are responsible for all charges.
Please wear comfortable clothing. We encourage patients to bring a water bottle as well, to stay hydrated during and after their appointment. Patients are encouraged to bring any completed paperwork they were sent prior to their appointment.
Your massage will be for the time block scheduled. We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before you appointment to prepare for massage and talk with your therapist regarding treatment. We respect everyone's schedule and always end at the scheduled time.
