Massage Therapy Services
Our core massage services cover a wide range of therapeutic needs — from full-body relaxation to targeted clinical work.
Every session is guided by your goals and adapted in real time by your therapist.
Therapeutic Massage — from $125
Therapeutic massage is guided by your medical or individual needs, focusing on specific problem areas to promote recovery and restore function. Your therapist will work with you to understand what your body needs that day and build the session around it.
Your treatment may include heat therapy, reflexology, acupressure, positional release, and scarwork at your therapist’s discretion — at no additional charge. Essential oils and aromatherapy are also available for a small additional fee.
Pricing: $125 for 60 minutes · $175 for 90 minutes
Neuromuscular Massage — from $125
Neuromuscular massage uses alternating levels of concentrated pressure on areas of muscle spasm, targeting the nervous system rather than the muscle tissue itself. This makes it particularly effective for chronic pain patterns, nerve-related tension, and conditions that haven’t responded to general massage.
When appropriate your therapist may incorporate a modern adaptation of cupping therapy to lift and expand soft tissue, supporting improved blood flow, reduced inflammation, and deeper relaxation.
Pricing: $125 for 60 minutes · $175 for 90 minutes
Prenatal Massage — $125
Designed specifically for the needs of pregnant bodies, prenatal massage relieves tension, eases sore spots, improves circulation, and supports your comfort through every stage of pregnancy. We have a specialized pregnancy table that allows you to lie face down to your comfort level, with additional pillow support for side-lying positioning.
This is your hour. Come as you are and leave feeling better in your body.
Pricing: $125 for 60 minutes
Deep Pressure Massage — $125
Deep pressure massage works to break up scar tissue, muscle adhesions, and areas of rigid or painful muscle tissue — particularly common after injury or surgical procedures. These areas can restrict circulation, contribute to chronic pain, and create ongoing inflammation when left unaddressed.
Beyond structural work, deep pressure massage has also been shown to lower cortisol levels and increase oxytocin — supporting nervous system regulation, easing tension headaches, and providing meaningful relief from the physical symptoms of chronic stress.
Pricing: $125 for 60 minutes
Specialized Treatments
These services address specific clinical needs and conditions. If you are managing a medical diagnosis, recovering from surgery, or dealing with a particular issue that general massage hasn’t resolved — these treatments are designed for you.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage — $150
Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, specialized technique that supports the lymphatic system — a critical part of your immune function and fluid balance. Using light, rhythmic strokes this treatment encourages the body to clear waste and toxins from tissues, reduce post-surgical swelling, and restore healthy circulation throughout the body.
This service is appropriate for those with a healthy but sluggish lymphatic system, post-surgical recovery needs, or general immune and detox support goals.
Pricing: $150 for 60 minutes
Vacuum Scar Tissue Therapy — $150
Vacuum Scar Therapy
Vacuum scar therapy uses a specialized machine that applies controlled negative pressure through small rolling cups to
lift and mobilize tissue beneath the skin. Unlike compression-based techniques, the suction action decompresses
layers of skin, fascia, and muscle — increasing circulation, breaking up adhesions, and encouraging the body’s natural
remodeling process.
We offer two treatment tracks depending on your goal:
Cosmetic Vacuum Therapy uses glass or plastic rollers to address the appearance of scars, stretch marks, and uneven
skin texture. By increasing blood flow and stimulating collagen production, this treatment softens raised or tethered
scar tissue and improves overall skin tone over time. It is well suited for post-surgical scars, acne scarring, and
cosmetic skin concerns.
Athletic Vacuum Therapy uses metal rollers designed for deeper tissue work. This track targets fascial restrictions,
muscle tightness, and scar tissue resulting from injury or overuse. Athletes and active individuals use this treatment
to support recovery, restore range of motion, and address stubborn tissue adhesions that limit performance.
Both tracks are non-invasive and can be combined with other massage services as part of a comprehensive treatment
plan. Results are cumulative — most clients notice meaningful improvement across a series of sessions.
Pricing: $150 for 60 minutes
Massage for Migraine & Headaches — from $65
Research consistently shows that therapeutic massage can reduce the pain, tension, duration, intensity, and frequency of both vascular and migraine headaches. By easing chronic tension in the neck, jaw, and shoulders your therapist addresses the muscular contributors to headache patterns rather than just the symptoms.
Heat or cold therapy may be incorporated by your therapist to further support pain relief during your session.
Pricing: $65 for 30 minutes · $125 for 60 minutes
Stretching — from $65
Therapeutic stretching uses gentle elongating force on muscles and connective tissue to increase circulation, improve range of motion, and release chronic tightness that builds up over time. It works beautifully as a standalone session or combined with massage for a complete treatment.
Pricing: $65 for 30 minutes · $125 for 30 minutes massage + 30 minutes stretch
Red Light Therapy — $35
Red light and near-infrared therapy are non-invasive surface treatments that use specific wavelengths of light to support your body at a cellular level. Studies indicate benefits including improved wound healing and tissue repair, reduced inflammation, better joint and musculoskeletal health, decreased depression and fatigue, anti-aging effects for skin and hair, and reduced side effects of cancer treatments.
A red light therapy device does not harm the skin or underlying tissue. Protective light-blocking glasses are provided for every session.
Please note: contraindications include retinal conditions such as diabetes-related eye disease, and the use of photosensitizing medications including lithium, melatonin, phenothiazine antipsychotics, and certain antibiotics. If you are unsure whether this treatment is appropriate for you please consult your physician before booking.
Pricing: $35 for 30 minutes

Why Quiet Raven?
We Listen Before We Work
Every session at Quiet Raven begins with a real conversation. We review your history, check in with how your body is feeling that day, and build your treatment around what you actually need — not a preset routine. You will never feel like just another appointment on the schedule here.

We are invested in your long term wellbeing, not just your next appointment.
